Photos, read for you
Site photos are read and summarised, so what they show becomes material for the draft.
FOR DAILY SITE REPORTS
Site Report AI
The day's site photos, turned into the day's record.
Upload a site's photos, notes and voice memos, and a draft of the daily report is prepared from them — the work done, progress, tomorrow's plan and notes. The draft becomes a report only when a person confirms it.
Materials in, a draft out. A person confirms.
02
Voice memos, transcribed
A voice memo recorded at the site is transcribed into text and used in the draft.
03
A draft in the report's shape
The draft is laid out as the work done, progress, tomorrow's plan and notes — the shape a daily report takes.
04
Confirmation stays with a person
What is generated is a draft, kept per site. A report is final only when a person checks it and confirms it.

Before you start
Is the draft submitted as it is?
No. Everything generated is a draft. A person checks the content and confirms it; nothing is finalised on its own.
What can a draft be made from?
A photo that has been read, a transcribed voice memo, or a written note — any one of these gives the draft something to work from.
Can it prepare completion reports too?
Yes. Drafts of daily reports and completion reports are prepared in the same flow.
Is this included in Tehazu?
No. Site Report AI is its own app with its own subscription, separate from Tehazu and the other apps.
