Before you start

Can I import a photo or PDF?

AI extraction from photos and PDFs is in preparation. The prototype supports Excel and CSV item imports.

Is markup the same as gross margin?

No. A 20% markup on a cost of 10,000 gives 12,000. A 20% gross margin gives 12,500. Check which method you need.

Can another company use its own form?

Yes. Excel templates and output cell mapping let each company configure its own form. Check the exported document before sending it.

Will creating an account charge me?

No. Billing is not currently available. Pricing and subscription terms will be provided before paid subscriptions begin.
